Introduction

At Babysteps, we strive to combine responsible business with our commitment to the environment. We encourage our community to make informed purchasing choices to minimize returns, but we also understand that sometimes it may be necessary to return a product.

Return period

You have 14 calendar days right of withdrawal from the date of receipt. The product must be returned in its original condition, in the original packaging, with tags still attached, with no signs of wear or damage.

Start return process

To start the return process, contact us at hello@babysteps.se. You will then receive information and an address to which the item should be returned. You need to send the item within the return period of 14 calendar days for the return to be valid and thus be fully refunded.

Size and Model Changes

To facilitate a smooth and sustainable shopping experience, we allow one size change per order. Note that customers outside Sweden's borders themselves need to send back the product/s to be exchanged and bear the cost. However, a new size or model is sent free of charge. We encourage you to carefully consider your size choice, which not only ensures that you get a product that fits perfectly from the start, but also contributes to our collective efforts for the environment. Return costs

You are responsible for the return cost yourself. If the product is defective or there was an error in your order, we will cover the return costs. We recommend sending the return with tracking, but it is up to the customer to decide. Babysteps is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during the return process.

Refund process

Once we have received and reviewed your return, and determined that the products are in acceptable condition, we will refund the amount of the returned products. The refund will be reflected in your account within 5-7 business days.
